China International Software and Information Service Fair (CISIS) is the only national level software fair in China approved by the State Council of P. R. China. CISIS started from the year of 2003 and is held annually in June in China’s software outsourcing base—Dalian city. With five consecutive years of success, CISIS is now a grand IT event in China deemed top level, most effective, and most influential, and has attracted wide attention from the international society.?

Every year, CISIS invites high-profile government officials, executives, experts and scholars to be keynote speakers and have dialogues on themes of international cooperation, R&D and innovation, talent training, industry application, venture capital, intellectual property and information security in software and information services. The Vice Premier of China State Council, Ms. Wu Yi has attended the event and delivered speeches. The exhibition also invites many well known international consulting firms to release their assessment and forecast on software and information industry.

Guests to the CISIS fair include dozens of IT giants such as IBM, Intel, H.P, Hitachi, SAP, Siemens and other MNCs, who have become long-term partners of the exhibition. Each province of China also organizes their exhibition groups to attend the fair.
